Our customers will find either generic or brand medications in our online catalog. It is full of medical preparations and health-related products as well as herbal supplements.
How can I make an order?
Our ordering procedure is simple. You should realize several steps. First of all, choose the medication you need. Secondly, put it into a shopping cart. Then, you should proceed to the checkout where all the personal data should be filled in. Then, submit an order and wair for the confirmation email. The delivery details will be described below.
Do you require a prescription?
If you buy medications intended for sale with a prescription you are welcome to send us a prescription using the email.
Do you have free shipping?
Our shipping may become free if you comply with certain requirements. When your shopping is over and you check the details in your shopping cart, you will whether you meet the requirements for free delivery or not.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we are. Our shipping policy is international.
How do you send orders?
My Canadian Pharmacy respects customers’ rights for confidential online shopping. We send opaque parcels. There are no markers on it showing what there is inside the parcel.
What if the package is lost, damaged or some items are missing?
Our customer care department will help you cope with this problem. Inform them and they will offer you either reshipment or refund.
What shipping options do you offer?
Currently, our company offers two shipping options: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days). The packages sent by Airmail service are not trackable.
What if I still haven’t received my order?
The maximum delivery time if chosen Regular Airmail is 30 business days maximum. If you choose express delivery the order should be delivered within 14 days maximum. If all the terms are missed, contact our customer care department, please. They will help you find the right solution to this problem.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept the credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB, and E-Checks).
How can I check the status of my order?
The status of your order can be checked only in case of express delivery. Express delivery offers to track your order. The ID number will be sent when the parcel will be dispensed from our office.
